Returns Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging are still attached
The item is in its original condition
Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Custom-made or tailored garments
Altered items
Gift cards or promotional items
Earrings or hygiene-sensitive accessories
Sale or clearance items unless faulty
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Clear photos of the issue
A short description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Anna Okaria cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
